Special skill orientation and development of self esteem is very essential for children which are not given in the schools. To provide such an opportunity we had initiated “Life Skill Orientation Centre” in all the villages where we are present. Around 500 children in the age group of 12-18 are benefiting from these Centres. Here the children are provided training and orientation on self development, time management, general knowledge and life education.

Twice a week classes are conducted from 4.00pm to 7.00pm. The centres are facilitated by volunteers from the villages who have completed their graduation and also ex-members of palar panchayats. The volunteers are specially trained by ACL on personality development and how to ingrain right values and positive attitude in childhood.
