Globalization and the evolution of SMEs have created new employment opportunities for women. To take advantage of this, women need to hone their skills and standards. To achieve this we had organized a Mini business Training school for women. That school helps women to identify alternative employment options and develop their skills in that field so that they could succeed. As of now, six different courses are offered ranging from Catering, Preparation of chemical products such as domestic cleaning agents, candles and handicraft.

Apart from that they are also trained in marketing techniques, time and money management and motivated to be independent entrepreneurs. In a course 25-40 members are trained for five days. On successful completion the trainees are assisted to initiate their own business by giving loan at highly affordable interest rates.
